Just as a follow up on the claim that the Mitzelfelt camp made about disclosure of finances during the rigged June 3rd election. The claim was that Rita Vogler was not being truthfull on her financial statements. Just for fun I looked up Brad Mitzelfelts Form 700 for 2007. This is the financial disclosure form that all elected officials must fill out and disclose ALL of their investments and All of the property that they own. First is the cover page of Mitzelfelts Form 700.

It's 8 pages long but does not contain a Schedule B which is Real Property. Going to the Assessors Property Information site, Bradley V Mitzelfelt owns property in Wrightwood. I guess there is a reason that Brad decided to leave his property off of the public disclosure form, but someone else needs to ask Brad.
