There is a mixed bag in the 159 pages here. Around page 131 it appears that the Grand Jury questions for Paul Biane are copied there. The questions are about a 1200 acre land deal in Rancho Cucamonga, the Monger-Toles law firm that resigned the Colonies case, Bianes relationship with Jeff Burum, the Jones-Day law firm and Bill Postmus. The $400,000.00 fence that the County paid for adjacent to Bianes property is also an eye-opener. A lot of stuff that hasn't been in the newspapers.
At page 135 they become questions for Mark Kirk. They start with Kirks challenge to Mitzelfelt for supervisor, then buying cars at a discount from Mark Leggio, the Alliance for Good Government pac, Kirk's use of leave while running for office, the million dollar County funded Chino air show, and a Rancho Cucamonga City Council member. It is interesting reading and raises way more questions then it answers, but it will give you a better idea how corrupt these guys really are. Check it out and enjoy!
