There is so much crazy stuff going on at Hesperia Unified School District that its hard to know where to begin. First is the video above which explains itself. Next in trying to find out who the school district bought this from, I found 2 recent purchases from local developers.I suspect that both developers contributed to Robert Kirks school board campaign as Postmus was at his fundraiser and both Gallagher and DeFazio are Postmus boys. The first purchase on 8/29/08 is from our Ranchero Road/15 freeway developer, Michael Gallagher.

For the last 2 years that Gallagher owned it the property was valued at $260,000.00

The years before Gallagher owned it, showed it was only worth $26,000.00. It increased in value by 10 times after Gallagher bought it.

The second purchase involved DeFazio owning 33% of the property.

HUSD acquired it on 5/13/08 -DeFazio bought in on 3/10/08, a little over 2 months before he sold it to HUSD.

At the time it was sold, the property was valued at $556,614.00

2 years before that it was valued at $208,080.00

And 2 years before that it was valued at $4,196.00

From $4,196.00 in 2004 to $556,614.00 in 2008, and Gallagher and DeFazio again rake in the money from their political connections. This time around it's Robert Kirk handing out HUSD tax dollars to his buddies.
