Here's what I would call some advance notice of where the school will be built before the actual vote. First is the certified minutes of the Board approving purchase of the properties on October 30th 2006.

Next is the purchase agreement cover sheet and the first page of the agreement both dated October 11, 2006 or some 3 weeks before the actual vote.


And just to make sure a notary had the sellers ID themselves on October 11th 2006.

Looking up Mr. Peterson I found a local developer named Paul Peterson on Hesperia Road. Same Guy? I'll let you know.
