By the numbers- 42 pages of indictments for Cox and Honeycutt-117 counts total- the first 80 counts are Cox alone-Honeycutt was charged with 15 counts of Misappropriation of Public Funds with 15 counts of Grand Theft totaling $305,000 of Public Funds. 3 counts of failure to file a California State Tax return for years 2001-2002-2003 and filing a false tax return in 2004. The fraud and embezzlement related felonies for counts 1-110 and 116-117 are added on after count 117.
